About Energy Park

At Energy Park, we provide smart electric vehicle (EV) charge point solutions for residential sites, businesses and organisations across the UK to help them get set up for a sustainable future.

With the sale of new petrol and diesel cars and vans set to end by 2035, investing in EV charging infrastructure now is essential for those who want to gain a competitive edge and thrive in a net-zero carbon world. And expanding EV charging infrastructure is now a key focus for the UK government, with over £1bn being invested into local and national EV infrastructure initiatives.

As experts in EV charging solutions, we guide businesses and organisations through their entire EV journey, with the aim of providing accessible, scalable and easy-to-use solutions. We work closely with our clients to identify and install the best, bespoke solution for them, and the outcome is always a best-in-class offering.

Following significant investment from a private equity firm, we’re now looking to expand quickly and grow our presence in the EV charging sector. We’re looking for talented, committed people to join our team and contribute to the fast growth and ongoing success of our business.

Our Onboarding Journey

Stage 1: Initial Screening (phone or video interview)

Firstly, you will speak to our HR representative for approx. 30-45 minutes to assess your general qualifications, communication skills, initial cultural fit and basic technical understanding for the role. This is also an opportunity for you to find out more about us.

Stage 2: Personality & Cultural Fit Interview (video interview)

If our HR representative thinks you’re a good fit, you will speak to someone within our organisation for up to 30 minutes who will explore your personality traits and alignment with our company culture.

Stage 3: Technical Expertise and In-Depth Drive Assessment (face to face interview)

Should you progress to this stage, you will be invited to our office for a meeting with your prospective line manager who will evaluate your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. You may also meet with our C-Suite to explore your long-term goals, motivation and alignment with our company mission. This in-depth interview may last 1-2 hours, depending on the role (for technical roles, there may be a practical task for you to complete).

Stage 4: Feedback/Onboarding

Lastly, you will receive feedback from our HR representative, and if successful, we will begin the onboarding process.
